Ben Ray Luján (D-N.M.) introduced Tuesday his Broadband Infrastructure Finance Innovation Act, as POLITICO reported last month would be coming. “This legislation builds on a model that already works in other sectors of the economy – a model that yields high value returns on modest investments,” Lujan said in a statement.
